100K Hot Seat

You’ve built a profitable business and you have happy customers to show for it. But growth feels slow, or even plateaued. You’re not sure if the problem is your offer, your pricing, your marketing, or simply a blind spot you can’t see from inside the business. The 100K Hot Seat helps you gain clarity through
live business breakdowns in-front of a room of supportive peers.

how it works

We invite one business owner at a time to sit in the 10-min 'hot seat' for a candid interrogation of growth factors, such as:

  • the strength of you current offer

  • what your pricing signals to the market

  • how customers find you, and why they aren't finding you faster

  • where you are leaving value on the table

  • your operating bottlenecks

Then we confront assumptions, weaknesses, or under-realized value to help you crack your growth ceiling with help from from peer owners, having faced similar situations. You leave with practical pathways to your next $100K in revenue; without big marketing budgets or burning yourself out.

who this is for

  • you have a proven product or service

  • you are between $50K and $500K in annual revenue

  • you feel that growth has slowed or stalled despite your hard work

  • you don't know where to turn for help

Whether you take the hot seat or not, you will leave with new perspectives on how to serve more customers and earn more per customer.

how to host
